Birthday Party

Service Description

Pottery painting for birthday parties is a great alternative to the busy, hectic and noisy traditional party. Watch children absorb themselves in creativity whilst chatting with their friends or singing along to the latest pop songs. The party includes 90 minutes of painting time and an additional 30 minutes for food and cake if required. We currently don't offer party food on the premises, but you are welcome to bring your own or organise platters with Kendal delights, the cafe next door. Recommended age is 6 years plus. Please get in touch if the child is younger, we will be able to reduce the painting time. Please bring a pass the parcel if you think this is the case. You may bring a party game just in case there is spare time, or we can factor the game into the schedule. The party will get to choose one from a variety of fun figurines, cup, bowl or plate. The birthday child will also get a complimentary celebration plate, that we will help decorate. The minimum number of people is 10 and the maximum is 20. You will be charged for the minimum of 10 people and then each additional attendee will be £14. A £30 non-refundable deposit is required on booking with the outstanding being paid on the day. Saturday parties will be in the party area, but you won't have exclusive use of the studio, due to other customer bookings. Children will paint and then we will clean the tables down for party food/cake. There will be a table for storing food and presents on. Limited space for adults to stay - max 4. If there will be more than 12 children attending, please let us know in advance. Sunday bookings will only be open to the party booking, so you will get exclusive use of the studio. There will be a seperate food table set up ready and more adults are welcome to stay if they wish.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so, we can offer the space to someone else. Please arrive promptly to your appointment due to the current Covid-19 situation.
